Bryan Ibrafall Wright, is the President and CEO of the not-for-profit organization, The Council of Urban Development. His work with The Council of Urban Development fans out over different sectors of community development from education, mentorship, political activism, art, environment justice and food security. All of the endeavors work in manifest from his passion for humanity which in the final goal leads to a more sustainable future. He directs the Black Urban Gardening Society’s (BUGS) educational and instructional outreach platforms that emphasizes the application of a holistic African-Centered Ecological approach towards community based sustainable food systems.
His work with BUGS extends to other organizations, communities, and individuals by consulting on sustainable farm design, development, planning, management and efficiency.
