Welcome to the NCB School of Herbalism & Holistic Health. Since 1992, Natural Choices Botanica (NCB) has stood at the forefront of Holistic Health throughout Middle Tennessee area teaching countless students the art and science of herbalism. Natural Choices Botanica began as a humble herb catalog business growing into a successful retail store within 3 years of its conception. By 1999 the founder was forced to revisit the drawing board after a tornado ripped through the city leaving the store in shambles. Although the store was in shreds the vision was still intact. Natural Choices Botanica regrouped and began anew, teaching classes, workshops and intensives at various Colleges & Universities. The founder’s living room and backyard became a classroom for retreats and holistic studies while the kitchen became the storefront.
Trained by her great grandmother as a little girl in the art of herbal healing, formulations and tea blending the founder would go on to package and market “Legacy Tea Blends” & opening the first African American School of Herbalism in the South that teaches students various modalities and methods that is inclusive of marginalized communities and cultures . Angelique works as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Master Herbalist, Consultant, Author & Educator in private practice taking her passion of the healing arts to the next level.
The NCB School of Herbalism & Holistic Health wants to train those who are interested in the sacred art of herbalism, so that you can understand & work in harmony with the ever-present energy of the plant kingdom for the benefit of your families and communities.
